Hideout Canyon, Wasatch County, Utah. Riley assisted in the development of primary access on SR-248 for teh proposed planned recreational community. We coordinated UDOT access permit. Prepared traffic and safety planning; roadway access drawings. Analysis included review of housing and condominium mix, golf course, recreation trails and pedestrian access.

Millrock Park, Holladay, Utah. Riley Traffic Consultants performed traffic planning and access study for development of the 500,000 square foot class "A" office park. Coordinated Holladay City approval for traffic impact. Coordinated access and traffic with existing I-215, Cottonwood Corporate Center, Intermountain Christan School and existing residential areas.
